Using Industry 4.0 technologies, LDS (Lakshmi Digipro Systemz) had developed 'state of art' IoT device to do the offset corrections automatically.

It is plug and play device which can be connected to RS-232 or ethernet ports
Eazy Offset supports all major CNC controllers such as FANUC, Siemens, and Mitsubishi
Device is fitted with touch screen HMI; operators can modify or update parameters and thresholdrange as per the requirement.
Can support and able to correct multiple dimensions and dimension type (OD or ID) can be chosen.
All correction and measured values are stored and can be retrieved using USB storage device

Alarms and notifications can be managed and customized by EAZY OFFSET when the calibration and corrections are implemented during the running cycle.
